6.3.13. - Page 5 <br />evaluated independently before acted upon and funding requests will continue to be <br />made through the annual budget process. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The proposed Citywide Transportation Plan has been reviewed with respect to <br />applicability of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State CEQA <br />Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq.). The <br />proposed Citywide Transportation Plan falls within the requirements of Section 15262 <br />"Feasibility and Planning Studies." The Citywide Transportation Plan is a planning study <br />that provides a series of recommendations to implement the Plan's vision.
