8.A. - Page 5 <br />• City of Millbrae - parcel tax for community center <br />• City of San Bruno- increase TOT <br />• City of San Carlos - increase TOT and Cannabis <br />• City of South San Francisco - increase TOT and Cannabis <br />ANALYSIS <br />Community Engagement and Outreach <br />Over the past five months, City Councilmembers and City staff have conducted robust <br />outreach to residents and stakeholders describing the City's fiscal situation and seeking <br />input on a potential revenue measure or other options for aligning resources and <br />services. City communication activities included sending two newsletters to all <br />households in Redwood City inviting residents to complete a survey, provide input, and <br />attend City Council meetings where the City's budget and a potential revenue measure <br />were to be discussed. Additionally, City staff established a dedicated City webpage to <br />provide extensive background information, and an email address to solicit community <br />feedback fiscal update(@redwoodcitv.ora..
