6.1.D. - Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the Rule 20 Middlefield Road Phase 1 Underground Utility District Project <br />have been previously approved and appropriated in the Capital Outlay and <br />Transportation Grants Funds. The majority of the costs for the project are reimbursable <br />to the City by the participating utility companies under the provisions of the Rule 20 <br />program. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency for CEQA compliance, the City of Redwood City has determined <br />that the project meets the CEQA exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15302 <br />(Replacement or Reconstruction).
