CLK-Maria Vazquez
From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:
CD -Steven Turner
Thursday, July 19, 2018 1.1:42 AM
Roger Levine
RE: Mt. Carmel Historical Study and Review
Hello Roger- thanks for the email. I'll forward it to our Assistant City Manager, who's leading the Mt. Carmel discussion
with the Council on Monday evening. There is expected to be a public outreach process as part of our analysis of a
historic district. Your participation in that process would be helpful.
Thanks again,
STEVEN TURNER
Planning Manager —Community Development Department
City of Redwood City
Phone: (650) 780-593.4
From: Roger Levine
Sent: Wednesday, July 18, 2018 6:29 PM
To: CD -Steven Turner <sturner@redwood city.org>
Subject: Mt. Carmel Historical Study and Review
Hi.
I received the notice of study session and will not be able to attend Monday's meeting, However, I would
like to voice my support for the creation of a Mt. Carmel historical district.
We have lived in the Mt. Carmel neighborhood for 30 years, in a 90+ year old house. Needless to say, we
have seen many changes in the neighborhood. Not all have been for the best.
What can we do to show our support for this plan?
Thanks!
-- Roger
Roger Levine, Ph.D.
