Carmel Historical Study and Review <br />Hi. <br />I received the notice of study session and will not be able to attend Monday's meeting, However, I would <br />like to voice my support for the creation of a Mt. Carmel historical district. <br />We have lived in the Mt. Carmel neighborhood for 30 years, in a 90+ year old house. Needless to say, we <br />have seen many changes in the neighborhood.
