Completion and <br />evaluation of the consistency of the proposed project changes with applicable <br />local and regional plans, and associated write-up (required for SEIR; not <br />required for original MND approach) <br />4.1.4 CEQA-Required Assessment Conclusions. Completion of evaluation and <br />write-up describing how the proposed project changes affect the previous <br />Midpoint Technology Park EIR conclusions with regard to the fol/owing CEQA- <br />required EIR conclusions (not required for original MND approach): <br />. Growth-Inducing Effects <br />. Significant Unavoidable Adverse Effects <br />. Irreversible Environmental Changes <br />. Cumulative impacts <br />. Effects Found Not to Be Significant <br />4.1.5 Alternatives to the Proposed Action. Completion of an evaluation and write-up <br />describing how the proposed project changes affect the alternatives <br />identification and evaluation conclusions in the previous Midpoint Technology <br />Park EIR. <br />4.2 "Screen Check" Draft SEIR (incl. draft Notice of Completion and draft SCH <br />Environmental Document Transmittal) <br />4.3 Public Release Draft SEIR (incl. final Notice of Completion and final SCH <br />Environmental Document Transmittal) <br /> <br />1Added to comply with CEQA Guidelines section 15082, subsection (a) (Notice of Preparation). <br /> <br />2Added to comply with CEQA Guidelines section 15082, subsection (c) (Meetings), sub-subsection (1), <br />which states that for projects of statewide, regional or areawide significance, the lead agency shall <br />conduct at least one scoping meeting pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15206.
