Quality Control Board regarding alleged groundwater contamination in <br /> El Camino Real in the vicinity of Sequoia Station; <br /> <br /> 2. Continue representation of the City in Gossamer Isle Owners <br /> Association, etc. v. San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development <br /> Commission, City of Redwood City, et al. <br /> <br /> 4. Continue representation of the City in matters before the San <br /> Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission regarding <br /> its Permit 6-94 (levee repair/rehabilitation project); <br /> <br /> 5. Provide advice and such legal representation as may be requested by <br /> the City and agreed upon by me regarding software sales tax issues. <br /> <br /> 6. Such other individual tasks as may be requested by the City and <br /> agreed upon by me. <br /> <br /> I look forward to providing these services in cooperation with, and to <br />assist, my successor, and to provide continuity in these matters upon completion <br />of my tenure as City Attorney.
