This proposal, if accepted, will be incorporated into <br />the City Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect. The term Owner shall mean <br />"City of Redwood City". The term General Contractor (GC) may also mean "Construction <br />Manager - General Contractor (CM/GC)". <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br />1. Following completion of the construction documents and city plan check, provide bidding <br />and construction administration services for Phase 3 of the Historic Courthouse <br />Reconstruction project. <br />2. DES will provide Architectural Services as outlined below, and in addition will also <br />provide Structural services per the attached proposal. <br />3. Consultant services for electrical and plumbing are included per the attached proposal. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES - ARCHITECTURAL <br />To be provided by DES as follows: <br />General <br />1. Construction Documents: Completed per Phase 2. <br />2. Plan Check: Completed per Phase 2. <br /> <br />Bidding Phase <br />1. Participate in the pre-qualification of certain specialist sub-contractors in conjunction with <br />the GC and the City. Maximum of (2) meetings. <br />2. GC to issue bid documents. <br />3. Respond to bidders questions during bidding. <br />4. Prepare addenda as required <br /> <br />Construction Administration Phase <br />1. Attend periodic Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings during the construction <br />phase.
