Appeals: <br /> <br /> <br />Exceptions to this Policy, such as a variation in size, location, height, etc. are <br />subject to review by the Plan Review Committee and approval by the Zoning <br />Administrator following a public hearing. Upon review, the Plan Review <br />Committee (PRC) will provide the Zoning Administrator with a <br />recommendation regarding the justification for providing an exception to this <br />Policy. The justification shall include, but not be limited to: <br />a. Identifying the existing condition(s) that prevent(s) or prohibit(s) <br />conforming improvements; <br />b.
