Follow-up with additional assistance until budget objectives are achieved. <br />TASK 2.5 - BMP-5 Model Sites <br />Objective: Provide support irrigation system and water budget support for sites which agree <br />to Model Site provisions. This will provide examples for other sites in RWC for irrigation <br />system management and scheduling. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A Development of specifications and requirements for model sites, including <br />inspection and reporting documents. <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br /> <br />Verification of model site eligibility. <br />Identification of potential model sites. <br /> <br />D. <br />E. <br /> <br />Monitoring sites. <br />Evaluating potential upgrades to site systems. <br /> <br />F. Development of model maintenance contract. <br />TASK 2.6 - Large residential (Budgeting template) <br />Objective: To create an easy to use tool for residential auditors using a PDA and MS <br />EXCEL. The tool will allow disaggregating interior and exterior water use during the field <br />visit. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Development of specifications and requirements for spreadsheet. <br /> <br />B. Provision of the finished spreadsheet. <br />TASK 2.7 -Irrigation system management seminar <br />Objective: Provide HOA board members (and interested others) in the Redwood Shores <br />with information allowing them to better supervise their landscape contractors. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Reviewing irrigation basics in respect to their application to RWC irrigation <br />systems. <br /> <br />Outlining RWC's expectations for the maintenance of irrigation systems <br />particularly runoff and overspray. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />C.
