Draft water waste prohibition ordinance for non-drought periods and drought <br />response ordinance. <br /> <br />Water Conservation <br /> <br />Water Allocation Program (WAP) Enhancements <br />TASK 2.1 -Implementation of Multi-family and Commercial/Industrial/Institutional <br />WAP <br />Objective - Provide guidance PWS staff as they incorporate multi-family and CII customers <br />in the WAP to help them conserve water. Currently the WAP only accommodates single <br />family residential customers, a planned upgrade will allow PWS to generate budgets for CII <br />customers. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Analysis of weather data, per capita consumption (in CII accounts), irrigated <br />area and process water use. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Calculation of prototypical budgets. <br /> <br />C. Review of data collected from CII accounts. <br />TASK 2.2 - Water Allocation Program (WAP) Model and Scenario Analysis <br />Objective - Provide an analysis of projected water conservation under various drought <br />induced cut-back levels using existing data in WAP. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A <br />B. <br /> <br />Analysis of drought scenario parameters. <br /> <br />Calculation of projected demand under progressively more severe demand <br />reductions. <br /> <br />BMP-5 Program Enhancements <br />TASK 2.3 - Training <br />Objective - Improve continuity of irrigation customer treatment between the BAWSCA BMP- <br />5 program and PWS through staff training. <br />This task shall include: <br /> <br />A <br />B. <br /> <br />Review of irrigation water budgets and their calculation. <br />Field data collection and quality control techniques. <br /> <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Analysis of site data. <br />Report generation. <br /> <br />E. Customer follow-up. <br />TASK 2.4 - Landscape Irrigation Customer Support <br />Objective: To provide support for PWS customers in their efforts to conserve landscape <br />irrigation water.
