EXHIBIT A-1 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — CITY <br />1. City agrees to provide the Town the following services as described herein: <br />A. City shall provide maintenance/repair services for Town's motor vehicles on an <br />"as needed" basis and upon request of Town who shall deliver the motor vehicles to the City for <br />maintenance/repair services and upon completion, take delivery of said vehicle. <br />The hourly rate for services is $119.49. Town shall pay City for all parts and <br />supplies furnished in connection with such maintenance/repair services at the cost thereof to <br />City. <br />City will consult with Town before conducting major repairs exceeding $1,000 for parts <br />and/or $2,000 for parts and labor combined. <br />B.
