EXHIBIT A-2 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES —TOWN <br />A. The Town shall be responsible for scheduling the Maintenance Services for each <br />of its Motor Vehicles; provided, that upon completion of furnishing maintenance <br />services for each such vehicle, the City shall indicate the approximate date of the <br />next recommended maintenance service for such vehicle. <br />B. Upon receipt of invoice, the Town shall pay the City within 14 business days. <br />C.
