<br />ECS Priority Support consists of 10 hours of on-line or on-site support 1,750.00 1,750.00
<br />time, unlimited phone support, and a 4 hour response time, beginning
<br />7/06/2018 and expiring 07/05/2019. Additional on-line or on-site support will
<br />be billed at your current hourly support rate. (Building Dept.) Minimum on-
<br />site time is calculated at 4 hours. Support hours are 7:30am-5:00pm,
<br />Monday -Friday. ECS may allow planned after hours support in rare
<br />circumstances. In these circumstances Priority Support will be billed at
<br />double the hourly rate.
