This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that this item listed <br />on Exhibit "A" is surplus; that it is no longer necessary or required for municipal <br />or public purposes; and that the appraised value of the item to be sold is more <br />than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br />2.
