BKF Engineers, Surveyors, Planners will perform the scope of <br />work for the amount of $188,912.00. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to approve the proposed agreement with BKF <br />Engineers, Surveyors, Planners and direct staff to find alternate means of completing <br />the work, or modify the scope of work, or select other consultants. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the Proposed Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement Program Replacement <br />Project in Sewer Basin 5G and DT2 were previously approved and appropriated in <br />Fiscal Year 2017-18 budget as Sewer Fund Capital Projects — Collection System <br />Replacement Program with an available balance of $5,650,597.36 as of June 30, 2018 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that entering into the <br />Professional Surveying Agreement with BKF Engineers, Surveyors, Planners is not a <br />"project" subject to the California Environmental Quality Act because entering into the <br />agreement will not cause either a direct physical change in the environment, or a <br />reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment (see California <br />Public Resources Code Section 21065, CEQA Guidelines Section 15378). <br />
