The City Council hereby ratifies the filing of a Financial Assistance <br />Application on behalf of the City for a grant agreement from the Water Board for the <br />planning, design, and construction of the Project. <br />3. The City Manager (the "Authorized Representative") or designee is <br />authorized to execute a grant agreement with the Water Board as described in this <br />resolution and any amendments or changes thereto, and is authorized to provide the <br />assurances, certifications, and commitments required for the Financial Assistance <br />Application. <br />4.
