Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Amendment No. 8 to the Sanitary Sewerage <br />Treatment Capacity Rights and Services (Town of Woodside) Agreement, <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute said amendment, and finding that <br />the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE SANITARY SEWERAGE <br />TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS AND SERVICES (TOWN OF WOODSIDE) <br />AGREEMENT <br />6.3 C. Joint Resolution with Port of Redwood City Regarding a Contribution <br />by the City of Redwood City to the Port of Redwood City to Fund <br />Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City Municipal Marina and <br />Authorization of Increased Funding for Relocation Services <br />Staff contact: Aaron Aknin, Assistant City Manager/Community Development Director <br />780-7293 aaknin@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a Joint Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />and the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City for a <br />Contribution by the City of Redwood City to the Port of Redwood City to <br />Fund Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City Municipal Marina, <br />and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303; <br />and <br />2. By motion, authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the <br />agreement with Overland, Pacific and Cutler (OPC) in the amount of <br />$25,000 for a total contract amount of $421,156, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute future amendments to the agreement with OPC, as <br />needed, to facilitate completion of the provision of relocation services to <br />Docktown Marina tenants <br />A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE PORT OF <br />REDWOOD CITY FOR A CONTRIBUTION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO <br />THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY TO FUND INFRASTRUCTURE <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL MARINA FOR <br />LIVEABOARD PURPOSES <br />D.
