Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to establish a Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Area "B" <br />in the Friendly Acres neighborhood, located in the area generally bounded <br />by Second Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Bay Road and Broadway Hoover Street, <br />and find that the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines <br />Sections 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and <br />15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DESIGNATING RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "B" FOR PARTS OF <br />CERTAIN STREETS IN THE FRIENDLY ACRES NEIGHBORHOOD BORDERED <br />BY BAY ROAD, BROADWAY, 2ND AVENUE AND 5TH AVENUE; AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND THE <br />ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />6.3 E.
