Exhibit "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant shall produce the City's Parks and Recreation Brochure ("Activity Guide") on a tri - annual basis (February, July, and November) as provided below. Page count may vary but average is 84 pages per season. Consultant shall deliver printed Activity Guides within two weeks of receiving an approved lay -out file from the City's Recreation Manager. QUANTITIES & DELIVERY 1. Three Activity Guides — Winter/Spring, Summer, Fall 2. 44,200 copies per issue (breakdown below) • 40,611 delivered to the U.S. Post Office at 1100 Broadway St, Redwood City, CA 94063 (for delivery to each address in Redwood City and Woodside) • 1,837 to U.S. Post Office at 3875 Bohannon Dr, Menlo Park, CA 94025 Delivery of the balance of the brochures to the Red Morton Community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Ave., Redwood City, 94061. SPECIFICATIONS 1. SIZE. • Main Brochure size must be 8.25" x 10.75" Saddle stitched 2. PAPER: Inside text, 80 pages (Minimum weight 35#, Minimum 80 Brightness) - must be at least equal in quality to sample brochure) • 4 page Cover: 80# Gloss book, 4 Color Process, Aqueous Coating throughout • Full Bleeds 4 sides 3. INK • 4 Color Process throughout 4. PROOF • Must provide a low -res Dylux of all pages and High -Res Satin of the 4 color cover. • Proof shall be delivered to City's graphic designer or designee SCHEDULE • Fall Guide — Uploaded by 2nd Monday of July, and delivered by first Friday of August each year. • Winter/Spring Guide — Uploaded by 2nd Monday of November, and delivered by first Friday of December each year. • Summer Guide — Uploaded by 2nd Monday of each February, and delivered by first Friday of March each year.
