6.1.A. - Page 2 <br />The City and the Applicant executed a Reimbursement Agreement to ensure that all <br />costs associated with the 851 Main Street project would be paid by the Applicant. A cost <br />recovery account was set up for the project and there are sufficient developer funds in <br />the account to cover the amount of the amended agreement. <br />ANALYSIS <br />This is a retroactive amendment to cover services that have already been provided for <br />the 851 Main Street project. The City has sufficient funds in the project cost recovery <br />account to cover all associated consultant invoices related to this contract amendment. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Do not authorize execution of the amendment. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None. Pursuant to the City's Cost Recovery Program, the Applicant would pay for all <br />costs associated with the project.
