6.1.F. - Page 19 <br />G. Bid Cost <br />The Bidder must complete, sign and submit Attachment A — Bid Pricing Form. All pricing <br />must be inclusive, and include all labor, material, and equipment necessary for all tasks <br />listed in this Scope of Services. Provision of this information assists the City in determining <br />whether the Bidder understands the project, whether the costs are fair and reasonable in <br />light of the services to be provided, and provides City staff with tools to negotiate the final <br />cost. <br />The Bidder acknowledges that by submitting a bid, the Bidder's proposed pricing is bound <br />for 90 days after the Bid Submittal Deadline. <br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES <br />2018 ASPHALT AGGREGATES MATERIALS NIB 8 OF 10 <br />
