SCOPE OF SERVICES Contractor will furnish Galaxy Access Control System management, Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System management and on-call lock, door hardware and locksmith services as specified in Attachment A — Bid Pricing Form. The Contractor must be able to: General Provisions: • Provide valid manufacturer's warranties for Installed systems, equipment and components; • Employ and supervise technicians with the requisite skill and experience to perform the work; • Register as a Galaxy Access Control System Authorized Dealer and maintain this registration throughout the term of an Agreement with the City; • Hold a valid Alarm Company Operator License pursuant to Division 3. Chapter 11.6, Article 4. of the State of California Business and Professions Code and maintain this license throughout the term of an Agreement with the City; • Hold a valid Locksmith License pursuant to Division 3. Chapter 8.5, Article 4 of the State of California Business and Professions Code and maintain this license throughout the term of an Agreement with the City; • Hold the following Contractor's licenses pursuant to Title 16, Division 8, Article 3 of the California Code of Regulations and retain the licenses throughout the term of an Agreement with the City: o C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor o C-28 Lock and Security Equipment Contractor o C -61/D16 Hardware, Locks and Safes Contractor Galaxv Access Control Svstem: Provide comprehensive, twenty four (24) hours per day, three hundred sixty five (365) days per year management of the Galaxy Access Control System currently installed at fifteen (15) City -owned buildings/sites, including, but not limited to: 0 Installing the system at any additional buildings/sites at which the City decides to employ the system; o Providing ongoing maintenance of the system, including installation of system upgrades and resolution of any system problems, as well as maintenance of system components including client workstations, controllers, card readers, electrified locks, transfer hinges and loops, request to exit sensors, wireless components and battery back-up systems; o Programming automated building lock and unlock times, Including regular Monday through Friday work schedules, and special event, holiday and annual time -change building opening and closure times; o Providing materials for, programming and issuing individual access badges/fobs; PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT GALAXY SYSTEM, SCHLAGE QUAD PRIMUS SYSTEJ AND LOCKSMITH SERVICES NIB 5 OF 20
