In addition, Consultant will print three (3) hard copies for its <br />internal use. <br />Task 7. Prepare Mitiqation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Notice of <br />Determination <br />Consultant will update the DTPP Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) <br />to incorporate supplemental impacts and mitigations resulting from the Supplemental <br />EIR. Consultant will also prepare the Notice of Determination (NOD) (City staff will <br />provide the letterhead template) for posting by City staff with the County Clerk. An <br />electronic version of each will be provided to the City. <br />Task 8. Attend Meetinqs and Public Hearinqs <br />In addition to the scoping meeting (Task 1), Ray Pendro, Senior Project Manager at MIG <br />(Consultant), will attend up to two (2) meetings with City staff to discuss the <br />Supplemental EIR during the preparation process.
