This Services <br />Order shall automatically renew for an additional one-year period from July 1, 2019 through <br />June 30, 2020 (FY 2019-20) unless CUSTOMER provides written notice to RWC of <br />CUSTOMER'S intent not to renew this Services Order at least ninety (90) days in advance of <br />July 1, 2019. Hourly rates and monthly recurring charges for FY2019-20 will increase between <br />four and eight percent (4-8%) based on the increased cost for RWC to provide these services <br />and shall be set by written notice from RWC to CUSTOMER. Should the cost for RWC to <br />provide these services increase above eight percent, both parties agree to discuss a possible <br />rate increase above eight percent and, if necessary, a written amendment to this agreement. . <br />RWC will notify CUSTOMER of the increases to hourly rates and monthly recurring charges for <br />FY2019-20 in March 2019. <br />MISCELLANEOUS: Hours used above 2,000 will be invoiced in the July immediately following <br />the fiscal year in which the services were provided.
