<br />EXHIBIT B <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Differential Response <br />JANUARY 1, 2006 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2008 <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />County shall pay Contractor quarterly according to the following payment schedule listed <br />below in consideration for Differential Response Case Management services as <br />described in Exhibit A, and other services provided by Contractor pursuant to the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Such quarterly payments will be made as follows: <br /> <br />A. Facilities: County shall pay Contractor for actual facilities/office space costs not to <br />exceed TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($24,000) for FY 2005-06 and <br />FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($14,000) for FY 2006-07 and FY 2007-08. <br /> <br />C. Salaries & Benefits: County shall pay Contractor for actual salaries and benefits <br />associated with required program staffing as described in Exhibit A. Costs will not <br />exceed ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX <br />DOLLARS ($144,136) for FY 2005-06, TWO HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND <br />EIGHT HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS ($298,802) for FY 2006-07 and THREE HUNDRED <br />NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS ($309,755) for FY 2007- <br />08. Contractor must provide detailed invoice with actual salaries and benefits for each <br />staff. <br /> <br />D. Payment for the above-referenced services shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED NINETY <br />THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS ($190,705) for year one of the contract <br />term (Jan 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006), THREE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND <br />THREE HUNDRED NINETY TWO DOLLARS ($352,392) for FY 2006-07 and THREE <br />HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($364,440) <br />for FY 2007-08. In no event shall the total exceed NINE HUNDRED SEVEN <br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($907,537) for the contract <br />term. <br /> <br />14 <br />
