<br />V. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Salaries & Benefits: County shall pay Contractor for actual salaries and benefits <br />associated with required Differential Response Program Staffing as described in Exhibit <br />AI. Costs will not exceed SEVEN HUNDERED FIFITY TWO THOUSAND SIX <br />HUNDRED NINETY THREE ($752,693). Costs for the Mental Health Clinician will not exceed NINETY SIX THOUSAND <br />FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS ($96,466) for FYs 2005-08, Contractor must <br />provide detailed invoice with actual salaries and benefits for each staff. <br /> <br />FY 2005-o8~~ $96~466 <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />In no event shall the total amount exceed ONE MILLION SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($1,007,537) for the contract term. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Invoices shall be sent to: Judy Knowlton, County of San Mateo, Human Services Agency, 400 <br />Harbor Blvd., Bldg. B, Belmont, CA 94002. Payments shall be made within two weeks upon <br />receipt of Contractor's invoice. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />All payments under this Agreement must directly support services specified in this Agreement. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />County may withhold all or part of Contractor's total payment if the Director of Human Services or <br />his designee reasonably determines that Contractor has not satisfactorily performed the services <br />described in Exhibit A 1. <br /> <br />County will give thirty (30) days prior written notice to Contractor of County's intent to withhold <br />payment. <br /> <br />If County reasonably determines that circumstances warrant immediate action, County may <br />withhold payment immediately, without the thirty (30) day waiting period, upon County's written <br />notice with justification to Contractor. <br /> <br />0680 ¡- <br /><../ . <br />
