<br />Of those who completed a customer service QUARTERLY 75% <br />survey form, % of families who rated their CUSTOMER SERVICE <br />overall customer service satisfaction good or SURVEY FORM <br />excellent. <br /> <br />6, The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health grant will provide enhanced prevention and early <br />intervention services through the addition of one Mental Health clinician.
