viii. Ensure that Supervisor attends three supervisor Three -Way <br />meeting(s), the Partner Organization Orientation, all required trainings, their <br />Member's Presentation of Learning at the end of June 2019, and completes all <br />required Public Allies Site paperwork in a timely manner; <br />ix. Ensure that signage displaying the AmeriCorps logos indicating <br />"AmeriCorps Program" and "AmeriCorps Members" are at service at your <br />location are displayed on-site near the front door and on the website of the <br />Redwood City Fair Oaks Community Center, as well as in press releases that <br />relate to the grant, Member activities, and Program outcomes; and <br />X. In light of the aim to develop each Member's leadership potential <br />and use best efforts to retain each Member for the Term, the Partner <br />Organization shall seek the assistance of Public Allies Site as described in <br />Section IV (C) in the event of a dispute. <br />H. Pavment Schedule. <br />A. The Partner Organization will contribute a total of $16,240 per Member for <br />the Term, as set forth in Section I(B)(i). <br />B. Public Allies, Inc., upon removal of a Member from the Partner <br />Organization before the end of the Term or upon termination of this Agreement before <br />the end of the Term, shall reimburse the Partner Organization within 30 days of <br />termination for the appropriate percentage of the Partner Organization's contribution <br />toward each Member's stipend prorated by the time remaining in the Term. <br />III. Additional Aqreements of the Parties. <br />A. (Purposely left blank) <br />B. Non -Exclusive Agreement. Public Allies Site and the Partner Organization <br />understand that this Agreement is non-exclusive, and that each of them may enter into <br />a similar arrangement with other organizations. <br />C. Entire Amount Pavable Under Aareement. Other than any amount <br />payable by the Partner Organization to Public Allies, Inc., pursuant to Sections I(B)(i) <br />and Section II(A) or payable by Public Allies, Inc., to Partner Organization under Section <br />II(B), neither shall be entitled to payment from the other under this Agreement. <br />D. Incorporation. The Partner Organization agrees to abid <br />the Public Allies Policies and Procedures for Direct Supervisors <br />AmeriCorps Members, as amended from time to time, which are <br />reference into this Agreement as Exhibit A.
