EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scope of Work/ Tasks <br />Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to replace existing <br />lighting and install the lighting products outlined in EXHIBIT B (Contractor Work Order <br />Agreements) by November 15, 2018 in the following facilities: <br />Police Facility 1301 Maple St. <br />City Hall <br />1017 Middlefield Rd. <br />Community Activities Building (CAB) 1400 Roosevelt Ave. <br />1) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and materials for accomplishing all <br />work in accordance with City of Redwood City. A complete list of light fixtures to be <br />replaced is located in EXHIBIT B (Contractor Work Order Agreements). Light fixtures to be <br />replaced typically include but not limited to: Parking lot lights (i.e., pole -mounted), building <br />wall packs (i.e., wall -mounted), all Interior high and low mount lights (i.e., recessed, ceiling - <br />mounted, HID, etc.). All electrical work shall be accomplished in accordance with the <br />National Electric Code (NEC). <br />2) Pre -inspection. The Contractor is responsible for conducting a thorough inspection and <br />inventory of existing conditions prior to commencement of work. This inspection shall <br />include a review of the conditions for existing lighting fixtures and the Cities/Counties <br />proposed modifications. <br />3) Replacement. For those lighting fixtures identified for Retrofit/Replacement, the Contractor <br />may rely that all lighting fixtures, as specified by San Mateo County Energy Watch, are <br />sufficient for meeting or exceeding the specifications. The Contractor remains responsible <br />for the procurement and installation of these fixtures in accordance with NEC, Inspection, <br />and manufacturer's specifications for installation. <br />4) Abandonment. For those lighting fixtures identified for abandonment (i.e., disconnect and <br />leave in place), the Contractor shall disconnect the fixture so as to remove it from any and <br />all electrical infrastructure so as to render the fixture in a safe and steady state. <br />5) Documentation. Contractor shall document before and after photos as required for rebate <br />purposes. Forms to be provided by the City. <br />6) Clean Up and Disposal. Contractor shall properly identify, sort, and dispose of discarded <br />materials. All hazardous materials must be disposed of in accordance with applicable <br />regulations. <br />
