7) Installation Dates and Hours. The normal hours of operation for Public Works Services are <br />generally Monday -Friday, lam to 3:30pm. Contractor's work will occur during these normal <br />hours of operation or will be coordinated with the Project Manager and individual Facilities <br />schedules. All areas within the construction site must be clean and free of debris and of any <br />obstructions, so as not to interfere with the designated hours of operation. Contractor should <br />be flexible in terms of installation date and time, in order to cause the least disruption to the <br />individual Facilities' schedules. <br />8) Installation Details. <br />a) Work Schedule <br />i) Contractor will submit a work schedule to the City's Project Manager at least one <br />week prior to the planned work start date. <br />ii) Once the Project Manager and Contractor agree upon a work schedule, any proposed <br />changes will be immediately coordinated with the Project Manager, but not less than <br />24 hours in advance of the performance of work for any particular work space. Work <br />shall not commence in any work space without prior coordination with the Project <br />Manager. <br />iii) During performance of work, the Contractor will brief the Project Manager or other <br />City staff (designated by the Project Manager) on the planned activities for the next <br />day. <br />
