Scone of Work <br />Contractor shall provide annual fire alarm system (NFPA 72 or "dry -side test") testing and <br />inspection services and deficiencies repair services at the City facilities listed below. <br />Facilit <br />Fair Oa s Community Center <br />Hoover Pool <br />Fire Station #9 <br />Sandpiper Community Center <br />Redwood Shores Maintenance <br />Fire Station #20 <br />Main Library <br />Public Works Services <br />Red Morton Community Center <br />City Hall <br />Marshall Street Garage <br />Police Facility <br />Jefferson Street Garage <br />Redwood Shores Library <br />Address <br />2600 Middlefield Road <br />621 Spring Street <br />755 Marshall <br />797 Redwood Shores Parkway <br />1400 Radio Road <br />680 Redwood Shores Parkway <br />1044 Middlefield Road <br />1400 Broadway Street <br />1200 Roosevelt Avenue <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />750 Marshall Street <br />1301 Maple Street <br />825 Middlefield Road <br />399 Marine Parkway <br />Contractor shall: <br />• Perform a functional test of all initiating, control equipment, trouble signals, supervising <br />station alarm system, emergency communications equipment, remote annunciators, <br />keypads, notification appliance circuit power extenders, remote power supplies, initiating <br />devices, system control functions, alarm notification appliances and all notification <br />devices, including the following specific devices: <br />Functions, fuses, interface equipment, lamps/LED's, primary (main) power <br />supply, audible and visual, disconnect switches, ground fault monitoring, <br />transmission of signals to off -premises location, digital alarm communicator <br />transmitter, electromechanical releasing devices, fire extinguishing systems or <br />suppression system switches (water flow, tampers) fire -gas and other detectors, <br />heat detectors, manual fire alarm boxes (pull stations) smoke detectors, duct <br />smoke detectors, projected beam type, carbon monoxide detectors, supervisory <br />initiating devices, control valve switch, air pressure switch, room temperature <br />switch, water level switch, water temperature switch, elevator recall, elevator <br />shunt trip, HVAC, AHU or exhaust fan shutdown, door hold -open releasing <br />devices, door unlocking, fire/smoke dampers, and any other devices that may be <br />connected to the fire alarm panel. <br />• Perform a charger and discharge test on the batteries to insure they are operating <br />properly.
