Contractor a not to exceed amount of One Hundred Thirty -Seven Thousand Two <br />Hundred Forty Dollars ($137,240) over the First Extension Term for on-call service <br />requests by the City based on hourly labor per the rate schedule delineated in <br />Exhibit A to Amendment No. 1. <br />3. The City Manager may amend the Agreement to extend it for one (1) <br />additional two (2) year period in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000) for the second extension term. Any such extension will require a written <br />amendment executed by both parties indicating the effective date and length of the <br />extended Agreement. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />6.
