Amend Survev Boundaries and Topographic Survev <br />Consultant's scope of services is amended to include surveying services (boundary survey and <br />topographic survey) to be provided by Consultant's sub -consultant BKF Engineers. <br />BOUNDARY SURVEY <br />Identify the limits of Redwood Creek right-of-way and establish the boundaries between adjacent property <br />owners, Prepare a record boundary of the portion of Redwood Creek bounded by Highway 101 to the <br />north, private properties to the east and west, and Bradford Street to the south, as shown on Exhibit B. In <br />addition, boundary information will include the recent work at 707 Bradford. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Develop preliminary boundary survey, which will include extending a closed traverse throughout <br />the site, recovering available monuments, and tying the boundary to the monuments. <br />2. Resolve boundaries and prepare boundary base map in CAD format <br />3. Prepare line work for and overlay appurtenant existing easements adjacent to the Redwood Creek <br />parcel or over the Redwood Creek parcel per Title Reports provided by the City <br />TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY <br />Prepare a topographic survey of Redwood Creek. The survey will include 25' beyond the top of bank on <br />both sides of Redwood Creek, extend up to Highway 101 to the north, and overlay the survey information <br />from the 707 Bradford project to the south. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Provide a flown aerial topographic survey at 20 scale with 1' contours <br />Provide supplemental field topographic survey to provide greater context and detail within the limit <br />of work. Survey to include detailed grading of hardscape and landscape areas, surface utility <br />locations and elevations, and existing sidewalk, curb, gutter, asphalt and driveway limits <br />surrounding the proposed park limits.
