6.1.H. - Page 2 <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The following alternatives are available to City Council: <br />1. Choose not to approve the Agreement with Air Exchange, Inc.; <br />2. Direct staff to issue a new RFP for Fire Station Diesel Exhaust System <br />Modifications; or <br />3. Provide staff with a different direction. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The proposed Agreement is for a total amount not to exceed $175,171.34.
