Overlook <br />areas should be created at designated areas where space permits. Reference the <br />North Main Street Precise Plan for complete guidelines regarding Redwood Creek. <br />Guidelines include: <br />• Creekside Setbacks: 25', or approximately 39' from creek top -of -bank <br />• Trail width standards: 14' wide with a clear zone a minimum of 2' wide <br />maintained adjacent to trail <br />G RAN ITE <br />CREEK BED <br />• Surfacingand lighting standards: Smooth pavingsurface 10' in width, with 2' <br />wide edge bands of material subject to ADA requirements on either side.
