EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scope of Work <br />Contractor shall be solely responsible for traffic control. Contractor will provide labor, materials <br />and equipment to remove and replace an eighteen -inch butterfly valve for a domestic main water <br />line at the location of Redwood Shores Parkway and Cringle Drive in Redwood Shores. <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />The total not -to -exceed contract amount is $30,000. Contractor will be paid on a time and <br />materials basis based on the rates listed below.
