The Citv is aware that actual time and costs will be billed <br />and may exceed estimated amounts and has chosen this œsis over the previously submitted fixed cost estimate. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City already has on file our Certificates of Insurance for General Liability ($1 Million) , Professional <br />Liability ($1 Million), Excess Liability ($1 Million to cover $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability including hired and <br />non-owned vehicles ($1 Million), and Worker's Camp ($1 Million). These were submitted for another engineering project <br />for the City that is still in progress. An electronic copy of these certificates is attached. <br /> <br />Paul Giorsetto will be the lead electrical engineer and coordinate with the utility companies and the City's Civil Engineer <br />regarding utility services and egress and any utility-related coordination issues with Civil, Environmental and the site <br />plan. <br />Eric Daniel will be the lead Instrumentation and SCADA engineer and will handle all coordination with the City and the <br />city's contractors. <br /> <br />Our proposed milestone schedule: <br />50% design submitted by March 24, 2006 <br />70% design submitted by April 3, 2006 <br />100% design submitted by April 20, 2006, subject to receipt of comments by April 10, 2006. <br /> <br />~l?~ <br /> <br />Eric R.
