MP4 videos, pictures and databases must be submitted on external 1 TB (Terabyte) portable <br />external hard drive. If a video and/or the capture images in the database do not clearly show the <br />pipe conditions due to an inadequate amount of light or are of such poor quality that the Engineer <br />is unable to evaluate the condition of the sewer or locate sewer service connections, the <br />Contractor shall re -televise that section of the pipe at Contractor's expense. <br />Traffic Control <br />The Contractor shall be solely responsible for traffic control. As a minimum, placement of <br />adequate pre-waming and detour signs to control vehicular and pedestrian traffic shall be <br />required. Certain arterial or commercial district streets may require night work as further <br />described below. <br />Contractor shall adhere to the WATCH and MUTCD Manual for traffic control. All Contractor's <br />trucks shall have an arrow board and beacons as well as a full set of cones, candle sticks, and <br />"People at Work" signs and tripods that shall be used to provide safety for both employees and <br />the general public. <br />Confined Spaces <br />If entry to confined spaces is necessary, the Contractor shall follow all appropriate local, state, <br />and federal laws pertaining to confined space entries. Sanitary sewer and/or sanitary storm drain <br />manholes are considered confined spaces. Specific attention is directed also to OSHA safety <br />rules, regulations and precautions to be taken by the Contractor before entering sanitary sewer <br />manholes, and other sanitation structures with respect to physical and chemical hazards that may <br />be present. <br />Night Work <br />If flow and/or traffic are an issue for Contractor to complete a segment, arrangements will be <br />made with City to work at night. Contractor shall provide businesses/residences 48 hours prior <br />notice of any potentially disruptive activity. Additional compensation for night work will not be <br />paid by the City. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />1. Deliverables shall include CCTV inspection videos (MP4 format color video); pictures and <br />databases in an external hard drive as mentioned herein; manhole inspection log reports; <br />CCTV inspection reports (PDF); summary of CCTV inspection reports in excel format (see <br />details below), color coded sewer basin site maps (see details below) <br />2. Submit summary of the CCTV inspection reports in excel format showing the following: <br />inspection ID, pipe segment reference, date of inspection, street name, upstream manhole no. <br />designation, downstream manhole no. designation, sewer use, direction of flow, flow control, <br />size of pipe, type of pipe, shape of pipe, pipe joint length, total pipe length, actual pipe length <br />surveyed , pre -cleaning method use, weather condition and the overall pipe rating condition <br />Page 12 of 14 <br />REV: 06-29-18 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.148/National Plant Services, Inc. <br />
