FEE SCHEDULE: Three Payment Options are available for this On -Call Agreement: Size of project of 25,000 linear feet or more shall be paid at $2.10 per linear feet with no exclusions (i.e. includes mobilizations, 8 hours on job with traffic control setup, getting water for cleaning truck, disposal of debris, disposal of hazardous materials (if there's any), traffic control, water charges, as well as clean and CCTV of sewer and/or storm drain lines and any other incidentals and other deliverables as described above). 2. Size of project between 2,500 and 24,999 linear feet shall be paid at $2.10 per linear feet plus the cost of disposal. Contractor to provide backups for disposal costs. 3. Size of project of 2,499 linear feet or less shall be performed at the hourly rates as outlined below. Final approved scope of work including total cost will be determined and negotiated by the City and Contractor at the time of request. For Options 1 and 2, the Contractor shall be paid on the basis of actual quantity work completed in linear feet of sanitary sewer and/or storm drain piped served, CCTV and cleaned and progress videos delivered.
