2. Prepare the 100% Design Submittal including complete construction documents, <br />specifications and cost estimates. <br />3. Internal Redline/QC review by Verde staff. <br />4. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and one set will be <br />submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned <br />along with staff's comments and/or clarifications for revision. <br />5. Provide one set of full size plans and specifications for the project including the <br />responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date. <br />6. Provide an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD as required and in PDF <br />Format, specifications in Word and PDF format, and a cost estimate in Excel and <br />PDF format. <br />Task 5: Bid Support and Construction Services: <br />The following services will be provided during the bidding process and construction <br />phase of the project. <br />1. Provide design clarification responses during the bid phase. <br />2. Contact potential bidders relative to the bid package. <br />3. Provide signed conformed contract document set incorporating addenda issued <br />during the bid process and other changes subsequent to the 100% Design <br />Submittal. <br />4. Attend and conduct a Pre -Bid Conference. Respond to questions from <br />prospective bidders. Assist in issuing addenda as directed by the City. <br />5. Attend, participate and review the project at the Pre -Construction Meeting. <br />6. Conduct five (5) site visits during construction at appropriate stages. <br />7. Review shop drawings submittals, change order requests (CO), requests for <br />information (RFI), and provide written recommendations to the City. <br />8. Substitution request evaluation. <br />9. Participate in the final inspection and assist with the punch list of deficiencies. <br />10.Prepare "As -Built" drawings based on construction field notes and limited field <br />review by Consultant. <br />11. Provide one full-size set of plans as required including digital copies of the final <br />specifications, cost estimate and plans in native format (Word, Excel and <br />AutoCAD) <br />C. PROJECT TIMELINE <br />Verde Design agrees to the following general timeline for design: <br />Project Start-up /Site Assessment:To be completed within one week of kick off <br />meeting <br />Initial Design: Four Weeks <br />Pre -Final Design: Three Weeks <br />Bid Package: Two Weeks <br />Note: the above timelines do not include any required review time by City staff. <br />Page 12 of 15 <br />REV: 08-29-18 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.203Nerde Design, Inc. <br />
