Even if we dial back <br />our own output by 25%, that's only 4% reduction worldwide. Meanwhile, China and India will <br />continue to pour out carbon with no regard to climate change and our industries' productivity <br />suffers immensely. While we should always take steps to reduce carbon output, we should do it <br />wisely, and reasonably, with respect to our national productivity. <br />
