The signs will announce <br />the event and subsequent parking and traffic restrictions on Sunday <br />October 28th from 5:30 am to 1:00 pm. <br /> <br />(h) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br />California State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated <br />Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />(i) Access to adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the <br />City. <br /> <br />13. Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with the 2018 OktobeRun shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />14.
