To the extent possible. we win cross-train all employees to
provide flexibility in our operations, but maintaining a precise chain of
controls regarding cash colleçtion isimperaíive.

The manager win have comp[øteresponsibifrty to remoVe cash vaults,
print daily reports and handle all banking and deposit duties for the
facilities- White the manager wilensure that all units are fully-$tocked
with receipt paper and change for the balànce of the day¡supervisors
(a minimum of one is provided each day of operation) Will have access
to the machine's change units, to ensure that the units are never short
of change.
