The McGann reporting packages are capable of <br />producing an enormous number of reports and their underlying <br />statistics. We will work with the City to determine which information is <br />considered most useful to the City and taitor our reporting package to <br />the City's needs. . . <br /> <br />We will also provide our standard monthly reporting package which <br />includes 'summaries of all revenue sources broken down by day (and <br />location) along with detailed costinformatiönshowJng all of AmPCO'$ <br />personnel and related costs of operation along with complete backup <br />documentation for all expenses. In addition to the basic reporting, one <br />of the most important repor1$ we provide is our 13-Month T~nd report, <br />which shows a line item summary of all revenUe and expense fot each <br />facílityalong with the same data for the preceding 12 months. This not <br />only provides excellent trending data, but also provides a quick <br />snapshot comparison with the same month of the previous year. <br /> <br />Another useful report is our Vari~nce report which shOWS all variances <br />for all revenue and expense items Canaline item basis) on a month-to- <br />date and year-to-<fate basis.
