We h~ve the ability to provide separate statements <br />for each location, along with as.ingJe 'roll-up'showing total revenues <br />and expenses at all three facitities on a combined basis, if this would <br />be considered desirable by the City. <br /> <br />We've attached proforma estimates of operating expenses (Tab 812) <br />.for each .of thefaciJities for your review. These estimates are based 00 <br />the operating parameters set forth by the City .and our proposed plan of <br />operation .and are open for dìscussion, as the- final shape of the overall <br />parking program takes shape. We have provided individual cost <br />estimates for each of the facilities as well as a 'rolJ-up'shoWÎng the <br />combined cost to operate all facilities. <br /> <br />We've also include a brief Notes page, which seeks to clarify the basis <br />for each line item expense. We look forward to discussing our <br />proposed plan and estimated operating costs with the appropriate City <br />personnel. <br /> <br />As its fee fot providing the management services discussed herein at <br />all three facilities, Ampco System Parking wìll ineludea flat monthly <br />management fee of $3,000 on the Monthly Operating Statement, plus <br />.a data processing fee of $750 per month to cover all of our accounting, <br />bookkeeping, and .statementpreparationcosts, including the cost to <br />provide our proprietary SCORE parking acqounting software. These <br />costs have been allocated to each location in the attached proforma <br />estimates based on the number of parking spaces contained ¡Reach, <br />but we would be happy to apportion these costs to the faciJitîe$ in .any <br />way that meets the City's needs. <br /> <br />Ampco's management fee and data processing felà shall be fixed for <br />the initial two-year term of the contract. . <br /> <br />Ampco System Parking <br />Page 23 <br />
