Gattis <br /> <br />Another step we take to ensure a high quality parking experience is by <br />using Customer Comment cards. At pre-determined times each year <br />we will pass out these pre-pñnted, postage-paid comm.ent cards to our <br />parking patrons. The cards ask several simple questions regarding <br />their perception of the Jeyel01 customer service and convenience 1hèy <br />experienced while parkilÌgin the facilities. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The results of the survey are tabulated by our corporate office and sent <br />back to the regional vice president for follow up. We share the <br />information gleaned from these surveys with our local management <br />(both on- and off-site} as well as with designated City officials. <br /> <br />A copy of our Customer Comment card is shown be1ow.
