Wtlite the 'easiest <br />solution is to provide additìonal personnel designated ~s 'maintenance' <br />employees for the facilities (which we do at many locations) the <br />specifications call for the parking operator to be responsib1e for .8 -wide- <br />ranging list of facilitY maintenance duties. Based on these <br />requirements, and the fact that we can provide these required services <br />ana package basis through one of our related companies, we are <br />proposing to subcontract the daily houækeeping maintenance, <br />janitorial, $wðepìng and steam cleaning duties required at the facilities <br />to ABM Janitorial Services. - <br /> <br />B.ased on the scope of work required and their review of the sites and <br />informat~on provided, ABM Janitorial has proposed to provide .a fully- <br />trained janitorial employee to the faciJiti$$ for 8 hours per day, every <br />day oithe year. Their service will also include the provision of a riding <br />sweeper, which will be parked in one of the on-site garages (probably <br />JErifersonSt., for security reasons).
