Invoicing <br />The rate per ton to be paid for less or more than one (1) ton will be prorated for actual weight of <br />material disposed. Invoices shall contain the price per ton, total tons, and total price information. <br />PWS will only pay for actual items disposed at the landfill. <br />Contractor will submit invoices to: <br />Public Works Services Department <br />Attn: Utilities Field Supervisor <br />1400 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />E. Payment <br />If a contract is awarded, the method of payment to the Successful Bidder shall be on a per tonnage <br />basis with a maximum "not to exceed" amount as set by the City. Payment will be made within <br />thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice. Payment will be made no more frequently than <br />monthly. <br />F. Redwood City Business License <br />The Successful Bidder either must possess a current, valid Redwood City business license or have <br />submitted a Redwood City business license application and fee at the time of contract award. <br />Business license information (application, ordinance, fees) can be found by navigating to the City <br />of Redwood City homepage (www.redwoodcity.org) and selecting "Business," "Starting a <br />Business," "Business Licensing." <br />G. Bid Cost <br />The Contractor must complete, sign and submit Attachment A — Bid Pricing Form with Contractor's <br />bid. All pricing must be inclusive, and include all labor, material, and equipment necessary for all <br />tasks listed in this Scope of Services. Provision of this information assists the City in determining <br />whether the Bidder understands the project and whether the costs are fair and reasonable in light <br />of the services to be provided. <br />The Contractor acknowledges that by submitting a bid, the Contractor's proposed pricing is bound <br />for 90 days after the Bid Submittal Deadline. <br />SECTION VII.
