WEDNESDAY, September 5, 2018." Late bids will not be considered. D. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Any Bidder may withdraw his or her bid by written request, addressed to the City contact specified in Section XV, at any time prior to the Bid Submittal Deadline. SECTION VI. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor agrees to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and incidentals required to provide landfill disposal site service to the Public Works Services Department for disposal of the department's mixed material construction debris. Debris may include items such as, but not limited to, asphalt, base rock, concrete, dirt, and other non -hazardous materials. The Contractor agrees that once Contractor takes possession of the debris, the Contractor will take ownership of materials and will dispose of or recycle the materials in a lawful manner. Contractor's bid price shall include the cost to dispose of or recycle the materials and Contractor shall be responsible for such costs. A. Location The Contractor's landfill site shall be within a 30 -mile radius of: Municipal Services Center 1400 Broadway Street Redwood City, CA 94063 B. Licenses and Permits Contractor agrees that the Contractor has obtained and will continue to maintain for the duration of the agreement, all license(s) and permit(s) required by law for any work under this Agreement. C. Term The term shall be for a two (2) year period from the effective date of the contract.
