The report subjectively states: <br />• That all met criteria are exceeded "significantly" However, criteria C that <br />"the crossing is at least 600 feet from the nearest alternate crossing <br />controlled by traffic signals, stop signs or crossing guards" is only 5% off <br />and I would argue "not significant" In fact there is a small 30' differential <br />from proposed Crosswalk to the King and Whipple crosswalk. <br />• The Crosswalk is in proximity to a park "Stafford Park" that everyone who <br />lives in the neighborhood already walks to the King and Whipple crosswalk <br />to access since it is directly across from it. Why would they cross at <br />Whipple ? <br />• TJKM subjectively conclude, somehow, that " the improvement(s) to the <br />pedestrian crossing are justified" ? This is not based on the facts in their <br />own report_ <br />
